Muse Entertainment and CityTV was launching a new show - a new cop drama with a twist. Our job was to introduce the appropriate Canadian audiences to The Murders across a multitude of different platforms, making sure that every vertical felt unified.
Innovate By Day took an instrumental lead in the brand development of the show, building out the strategy and key art for promotional materials. In addition, we planned and built the show’s creative marketing initiatives from the ground up, which involved working very closely with the network and cast on EPKs, on-set photo shoots, etc. Though the production for the show was based in Vancouver, our client was headquartered in Montreal, so constantly communicating and travelling fluidly between the cities was crucial for this campaign to succeed.
Part of Innovate By Day’s close working relationship also included spearheading the show’s media buying strategies, planning Out-of-Home advertising via Pattison Outdoor, IMA Outdoor and Lamar Advertising in Vancouver. In addition to OOH media, our creative team also created corresponding digital content and designed graphics for social media management.
