We developed a detailed, multifaceted strategy. Working in French and English, we applied our team’s content, social media, and online ads expertise to improve JFL’s digital content, and implemented new best practices to drive viewership, engagement, and monetization for JFL and JFL Gags. We facilitated live on-location and original video content at the Montréal Festival, supported the Toronto JFL42 Festival, and prepared training and reference materials for the new in-house digital team.
